　　GLORY works require all host families to undertake the Working with Children Checks prior to hosting students. The Consent to Screen and Prohibited Declaration forms need to be completed and signed by all members of the household 18 years and over. Please print enough copies for this procedure. Please ensure you have provided all information requested including "other names" i.e. middle, former, maiden names as omission of these will delay processing of your application. We also require certified copies of identification documents totalling 100 points for each person undertaking the check.
